The Goering Center presents Lee Geiger of Graydon Law and Tina Taylor of HR Elements to discuss the state of COVID-19, its issues and impact, as of March 31. Lee and Tina will discuss the latest guidance from the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service, as well as the preparations necessary for the approaching implementation dates of the Families First Response Act, the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act, and Emergency Family and Medical Leave amendment.

Lee Geiger is a Partner at the Graydon Law Firm and head of the firm’s Labor & Employment department. Lee and his colleagues have been on the front lines of the coronavirus issue helping employers virtually non-stop for the last three weeks.
Tina Taylor is founder and CEO of HR Elements, a consultancy providing HR advisory services to private businesses and non-profits throughout the Ohio Valley region. Before launching HR Elements in 2006, Tina held leadership roles in the legal, financial and manufacturing industries for national and global firms, most recently serving as Vice President of HR for Fifth Third Bank.
